Sunflower shoots have a light, crisp taste that are great in salads or on their own. These are one of the few microgreens that can stand up to light cooking (such as a stir fry)
 
As microgreens take time to grow orders will be delivered at the first available delivery date within 2 weeks of your order
 
Microgreens are baby plants that are packed full of nutrients and greatness. They make great additions to salads, sandwiches, flatbreads, burgers, soups or fresh juices. 
 
All microgreens are harvested, rinsed and packed with a paper towel to avoid decay. Please be sure to always check your greens for signs that they have spoiled. Microgreens are labelled with the date they were harvested, and will always be delivered within a week of harvest. Microgreens are said to last 2 weeks when stored properly, although I have had then last much longer.
